This Geneva-based skincare brand, known for its strong local reputation, specializes in beauty and wellness products made exclusively with organic ingredients.

Despite their loyal customer base, sales had plateaued for over five years. They reached out to us to help revitalize their online presence and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Approach

Our initial audit revealed that the site was structured more like a corporate brochure than a functional e-commerce platform.

We began by benchmarking key competitors and running a CRO checklist to define the scope of improvements. One of the first steps was reorganizing the navigation and product structure to make the offering clearer and more intuitive for customers.

We also prioritized the skincare quiz, a key element in the customer journey, by bringing it forward in the user flow. With the foundation set, we optimized the theme for conversions, redesigning the homepage to highlight core brand benefits and transforming product pages into high-performing landing pages, complete with FAQs, benefit-driven messaging, and trust elements.
