Biotanicals is a supplement brand focused on the German market. Despite significant investment in advertising and strong traffic to their site, conversions were extremely low, and the team couldn’t identify the cause.

They approached us for a conversion-focused redesign along with custom functionalities tailored to their product offering.

Approach

We began with a comprehensive audit to identify the conversion blockers across the site. Since most traffic landed directly on the product page, we focused our efforts there, transforming it into a high-converting landing page.

Key improvements included adding price breaks, recommended products, trust guarantees, benefit-driven copy, and customer reviews. These changes were aimed at building trust, clarifying the offer, and guiding visitors toward faster purchase decisions.
