Grow is a strategic partner that was quite helpful with our Shopify stores. With their unique set of skills, we saw major improvements both in terms of marketing and website functionalities.
Challenges
The project involved building a digital ecosystem that could serve multiple audiences and markets. DTC storefronts were needed for Switzerland, the EU, and the US, each with regional nuances.

A separate B2B store was required with gated access and client-specific pricing. The platform needed to support four languages (English, French, German, and Italian), integrate with the client’s ERP, and centralize catalog management across all stores. Scalability and enterprise-grade reliability were non-negotiable.

Strategy and Approach
An enterprise Shopify Plus architecture was developed to unify DTC and B2B operations. Three region-specific DTC storefronts were built using a shared product catalog, each customized for its target market. A dedicated B2B portal was implemented with restricted access, dynamic pricing, and order logic tailored to wholesale buyers.

Multilingual functionality was added across all storefronts, and ERP integration ensured real-time syncing of orders, inventory, and customer data. This setup created a scalable infrastructure built to support HeiQ's global expansion.

Results and Outcome
Four interconnected Shopify Plus stores targeting the US, EU, and Switzerland were launched in four months. Every store shares a single synchronized inventory, product catalog, and content system through a custom-built connector app. Dealers across three markets access a native B2B portal with region-specific pricing and volume-based discounts, fully integrated with HeiQ's ERP. The architecture gives HeiQ a scalable, future-proof global infrastructure that operates as one system across four storefronts.
