Challenges
Traffic was not the issue. Conversion was. The store's UX felt dated, product discovery was weak, and key pages did not clearly communicate value. Product pages lacked structure, mobile performance limited conversions, and there was no strong system in place to encourage repeat purchases. More than a visual update was needed. The store required a structure designed to sell and retain customers, not just look good.

Strategy & Approach
User behaviour across the store was analysed to understand how visitors navigated and where drop offs occurred. This analysis highlighted friction points across navigation, product pages, and the mobile experience, as well as the absence of a structured retention system. Based on these insights, a CRO first strategy was defined, focused on clarity, usability, and monetisation, including the introduction of subscriptions and the setup of Klaviyo email sequences to improve customer lifetime value.

The store was redesigned in Figma with conversion as the main priority. Structure was simplified, navigation was improved, and product pages were rebuilt to better highlight value, storytelling, and trust. Layouts were designed with a mobile first approach to ensure clarity and effectiveness on smaller screens.

The Shopify theme was rebuilt to reflect the new designs while prioritising performance and scalability. Eleven landing pages were built to support campaigns, product launches, and collections, each designed with conversion in mind. Six subscription conversion flows were built to turn one time buyers into recurring customers, fully integrated into the Shopify experience. Five Klaviyo email automation flows were implemented to support post purchase communication and encourage repeat buying.
Before launch, key flows were tested across desktop and mobile, remaining friction points were resolved, and checkout, subscription, and email flows were validated.
Results & Outcome
The project delivered a complete conversion infrastructure for a brand that previously had none. Eleven landing pages gave FAVR the flexibility to launch campaigns and promote collections without relying on a single generic homepage. Six subscription flows introduced a recurring revenue stream that didn't exist before, turning one time buyers into repeat customers. Five automated email flows built a retention system around every purchase, something the brand had never had in place. For a brand with strong visibility and traffic, this gave FAVR the systems needed to finally convert that attention into structured, repeatable revenue.
